Fitness Challenge for February!
This month I am bringing back 30 Lunges in 30 Days (well, it will only be 29 with the short month). I know it sounds crazy but - I missed it - I miss my legs being super strong - and I know that lunges are the best way to do it. I am ADDING on an extra piece though - 30 Minutes of Cardiovascular exercise (of any type, including walking) every day this month. If you can do 30 minutes of ANYTHING a day that involves moving your body, it will be good for you and it's recommended. I am going to link here to the official "event" page on Facebook if you want to join up. Have friends join and see if you can do it! This time I want photos, videos and lots of feeback on how it feels and how it's going, even on days you might not get it in. Let's help each other stay motivated and get strong!

We are 5 days in to the New Year. How are things going with your goals if you have set them? If you haven't set them yet - it's a good time to at least THINK about something you might want to change or add to your life this year. I have started a small goal - 1 mile a day for 30 days - it's not a huge task, but its a way to get myself into a daily habit/routine.
