Does that mean you should just forget about your fitness goals and healthy lifestyles and pick back up in January with the rest of the masses? Absolutely NOT! The time is NOW to get ahead of the game and step UP your fitness. Not only will you feel better and keep that stress level down during this crazy time of year, but it will allow you to enjoy some of the "treats" that will be offered up to you without all of the guilt! Its as easy as adding one additional day to your current gym routine - or boosting up your current workout by adding a bit more time and intensity to it. I will be posting some of my upcoming workouts so that you can try them out yourself... It's never to early to start working on NEXT years goals!
Since I have been slacking on here - I plan on an update of sorts in the next week or so - lots and lots going on in my new career - all amazing stuff!
