30/30 Lunges - the final word...

Ok,

I finally have a few moments to give the final update on my 30 lunges in 30 days challenge.
Some things to note;  the results I have gotten may or may not be attributed to the lunges as I also have been teaching more cycle classes - however I am fairly certain that it didn't HURT (except in my legs) to do the lunges on top of my other workouts.

What happened - well - I am happy to report that in the 30 days (and a few extra) I have lost 1 inch off my hips measurement and one inch off both of my thigh measurements.   3 inches lost in 30 days - not bad if you ask me.     A few things I learned along the way:

Lunges hurt, no matter HOW you do them, but they feel very powerful
Getting in 30 lunges a day is harder than I thought it would be with my fairly busy schedule
I don't hate them or love them any more than when I started
Doing 30 lunges in each leg after 2 or 3 group fitness classes is a really BAD idea
Lunges can be done in your PJ's :)
