Lunge Challenge - semi-final update

Sorry for the delay in posting this, life has been crazy (FUN) the past week and a half, but now it's time to get back to business!    This will be a brief update as I still need to get the hard facts together as far as numbers go, but I didn't want to leave all (one) of you hanging as to how the lunge challenge ended up.

I am very happy to report that in the 4 full weeks I only took 2 days off and that was due to pain in my left quad that I didn't want to ignore.   Other than that things went as well as I could have hoped; it was challenging to fit them in every day and on a few occasions I FORGOT about them and would end up completing them right before bedtime.   Overall I think that my legs have gotten stronger, but as far as loss goes, I will have those numbers soon. 

My next challenge will be really tough - I am going to do a month of Yoga at Bikram Mile High as I purchased a Groupon for it a few weeks back.   I am not a fan of Yoga really at all and have never really done full-on yoga, so it is safe to say that I am very nervous about this new fitness challenge.  Stay tuned!
