Week 3 - LUNGES!!

If you have been following along, you already know that I am doing 30 lunges a day on each leg for 30 days.  This is the 3rd week of this and things are going fairly well.  First week I completed the lunges with only body weight, the 2nd week I added 10lb dumbbells in each hand.   For this week I am adding elevation - a step or a box or anything to keep my working leg up. 

A few things to note about 2 and then week 3 so far:
  • I keep forgetting (because I am busy) to do my lunges, so I have had to complete them in my pj's a few times!! 
  • Doing the lunges AFTER 1 or 2 group fitness classes hurts way more then doing them before (duh - this is a no-brainer)
  • I have only gotten to the weak, vomitty, sore point a couple of times and its normally after about 18 reps.
