Ok, so this is the 4th week of 30 lunges in 30 days. I have to report that I did not do my lunges 2 days in the past week due to a knot in my left quad that was very painful. After it subsided, I was back at it. I am now doing walking lunges instead of static- just to see what happens.
It has been very tough to just get them in every day, things have been very busy. I am not sure if I have lost any inches, but I am happy to report that the scale was kind to me today and I have lost 2lbs!
Next week I will be reporting any gains/losses in my measurements and any additional weight loss. I hope that those of you who were in on this in the beginning are still with me. If you are not - please comment and let me know why and how you felt before you decided to stop, THANKS! :)
