Body Pump AIM 1 and the Les Mills Mini Q

Hello followers - (all 3 of you!)
I am sorry there was a delay in getting this posted, but I have been recovering most of the weekend AND yesterday from my last 2 crazy weekends.    The past 2 weeks of my life have been insane, brutal, inspiring, life changing and SO MUCH MORE!    I am very glad to have been through all that I have in the past 2 weeks, but happy that things are going to be more "normal" for a spell now.  

This past Friday, I enhanced my current Body Pump skills by attending the Body Pump Advanced Instructor Module 1.   It was lead by two amazing and inspirational trainers; Shaunna May and Justin Sanchez.   We were assigned a track from the current BP release and required to present it 2 times.  I was happy to get the Squat track and felt really good about my first and of course my second presentations.   What I wasn't aware of and had my eyes opened to, was the fact that my form on deadrows was far from perfect AND I need to work on my posture a bit...     To help with all of these things, we did drills, flexibility tests and heavy weight challenges.    It was a long 8.5 hours - but so educational.  I cannot wait to teach pump this week to throw out some of my new skills!
