Things of note from today's training:
- We had to do a hover test for 3 minutes - I wasn't sure I would make it - but I DID.
- We also had to do a back strength test for 3 minutes - and I only made it for 1.5 minutes - obviously my back muscles need LOTS of work
- I was VERY impressed with the 3 newbies in the class - they did AWESOME - it just goes to show how much working with an amazing group of people can push you to places you didn't think you would ever get to!
- I am feeling really good about this training - all of my hard work is paying off - I am NOT saying it is not BRUTAL and hard, I just am able to do a lot of things that normally in the past would have crushed me and I am very happy about that :)

Now it's time for practice and rest - I have to be back to the gym bright and early at 7am and ready to workout!!!
