Just because it's colder outside (in some areas), and you've had to move most of your activities indoors, doesn't mean that it's time to hibernate. If you are not sure how to get a great workout in the comfort of the indoors, stay tuned for a few workouts I will be posting here in the coming days. My 2 challenges for this month are 1. Climbing a rope (sounds silly, right? I know, but I want to accomplish this!) and 2. Stepping up my Body Combat skills that have been dormant for way too long.
