We are 5 days in to the New Year. How are things going with your goals if you have set them? If you haven't set them yet - it's a good time to at least THINK about something you might want to change or add to your life this year. I have started a small goal - 1 mile a day for 30 days - it's not a huge task, but its a way to get myself into a daily habit/routine.
